Hands-on paths so a farm office, a kitchen manager, or a workshop lead can run day-to-day work without drowning in enterprise folklore. In-app Help and the product tour stay free with the software on steakos.org. steakOS.ai adds people-time and structured curricula when you want a coach.

One short “everyone learns every screen” session rarely fits a whole company. We prefer role-split training and a guided subset of the desks you will actually use first.

Training also covers how AI helpers fit the desks: they can draft quotes or suggestions from the real rules in your system; you still approve money moves. That ground-up design means fewer brittle bolt-ons to unlearn.
